TITUS TWO WOMEN’S MINISTRY
Women’s Ministry at Red Oak exists to encourage and equip women to live faithfully for God’s glory. Whether it be through mentorship, group bible studies, gatherings for fellowship, or practically serving one another, the goal is that the women of our church grow in Christlikeness.
By God’s grace, many Red Oak women are spontaneously and informally involved in discipleship relationships with one another. In order to help support and encourage these relationships and to be sure no one in need of nurture is overlooked, our Titus Two Team assists the Elders in ministering to women. This team of ladies meets regularly to pray, consider the needs of the women in our church, and seek to encourage ministry to and among women in four key areas:
Spiritual Nurture - Bible teaching, mentoring and counseling
Fellowship - Facilitating the development of caring relationships among the women of our church
Mercy - Organizing the women in our church to meet practical needs of its members and our community
Evangelism - Equipping and motivating women to reach out with the Gospel to the lost
Whether women are older or younger, single or married, they can find sweet fellowship here among others seeking to live faithfully for God’s glory!
“Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled.”

“For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age, waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people for his own possession who are zealous for good works.” - Titus 2:11-14
